This is going to be one of the most important parts of Syndic8. This part of the site will be used to organize and focus our efforts to get particular sites and categories of sites to provide their headlines in syndicated form.
Any registered user will be able to enter in a request for syndication. That same user, or any other user, can then enter tracking information as they contact the site, provide them with information, test out sample feeds, and so forth. If the site decides not to syndicate, we can arrange for the site to be scraped. If the site does syndicate, then the proper information can be moved to the Feeds section of Syndic8.

The site itself will be an evangelism tool. It will contain all kinds of great information about syndication. How to do it, why to do it, and the benefits of doing it. Perhaps we will even have a way for registered users to "pile on" to a request for syndication, so that we can tell the site that we already have some demand for their headlines.
